American Girl Cecile Rey Historical Character Doll, circa 1853. Doll face has two scratches. Doll comes with: dress, pair of socks, necklace.Socks are STAINED, dress has a minor stain (shown in image). No rips on dress or socks.I do not think the doll has cut hair- just poorly styled. If the curls are pulled to their maximum length they reach the doll’s waist. I am not the first owner of this doll so I cannot 100% guarantee no cut hair but it truly appears as poor styling and not cut. Hair does has the small short curls that are supposed to frame her face.Doll tag on the waist says “2011 American Girl”. Sold as-is.
