Brand new without a tag. It is size 0XL, but works better for any size from XS-0XL. I’m not sure if it’s true to size 0XL,as I am an XS-S For reference,I am currently 110lbs, 5’2”, 35” bust, 24” waist and 36” hip and it fits me ok, even though there is plenty of room inside between the body and the jacket. The only issue is that I am very small and because it is so fluffy, I kind of look like an American football player. I believe it would look nice on a tall skinny girl.
