The pull-string mechanism retracts but the voice is mumbled and hard to understand. Includes custom-made box, papers, boots, and hat. Joints are sturdy but slightly loose. Figure poses well. Comes from a smoke-free home. Shipped with care in bubble wrap. Sold As-Is. Note: Talking function untested.
