Like New In Box (LNIB) Pre-Mattel Pleasant Company Kirsten American Girl Doll with Original Braids & Box. Includes Meet Outfit.Pristine pre-Mattel Kirsten is like new in box! She has all the great qualities of the early dolls - squeezable vinyl, long soft eyelashes AND original braids. The original elastic is still there, although seriously disintegrated. Check out close-up pic of the elastic still (barely) holding that original braid in place. Kirsten's hair is still soft and silky to the touch. She can hold a pose, bright blue eyes (no indication of silver eye) function as they should, and is clean with no marks or odors. Kirsten comes with her meet outfit - dress, blue hair ribbons, pantalettes, apron, fuzzy striped socks, and brown boots. Her hardcover meet book is included as well (name written on first page, and book jacket has some rips and smudges) plus the pamphlet, "Kirsten Larson." She comes in the white box with iridescent images of Samantha, along with the Pleasant Company band...box has slight shelf wear.
