Selling a vintage, mid-century cast metal coin bank made by the well-known Banthrico company of Chicago. It's shaped like a classic trolley or streetcar and has a great bronze-colored finish with nice details. This was a promotional advertising item for the Summit Savings & Loan Association, which was headquartered in Santa Rosa, California. The bank is in great vintage condition with some light wear (patina) that adds to its character. It has the original trap door on the bottom, but no key (as is common for these). A fantastic piece for any collector of vintage banks, transportation toys, or California / Santa Rosa memorabilia!
