This is a rare vintage carousel with chimes! It’s in great condition for its (unknown) age! No chips seen & no cracks seen but does have wear to be considered due to age! I’ve tried what few C batteries I had & it wouldn’t work so I do not know if it needs to be repaired or not? I make no guarantees that it will work! Buyer accepts this as it is sold as it is! Maybe you can try your own batteries and if it’s still not working then you could have someone try to fix it! It still looks neat just sitting as a decorative piece as I had it for many years! I couldn’t find any corrosion where batteries go but doesn’t mean there isn’t small amounts? as it’s not had any put in till now.
